Outside the Dolce & Gabbana show – Milan

Regarding the weather, Milan is much closer to Belgium than Sicily … Example outside the Dolce & Gabbana show where the sun decided to shine away and left his place to the rain.
Fortunately for us… it takes much more to scare the fashion crowd!

On that rainy day I discovered two very distinct behaviors. The first, quite rational. “I’m cold so I cover myself”, I take my nicest coat or my glamorous fur (ah yes, as in Milan, its the fur that rules!) and I accessorize it all with an umbrella or some Wellington boots. 

The second … “The rain? The cold? Who cares it’s fashion week!” Let me grab my mini skirts, backless dresses, sandals and tiny jackets…! I tried this method on the first day and then well… I thought that if I had to leave through the week, an extra layer and a coat wasn’t so bad…

In between the two approach there was Giovanna Battaglia in her little suit, Garance Doré well covered with her coat, but hey, she was wearing sandals… And then Anna Dello Russo in a yellow little suit wearing cute sandals… and a fur.

And the Oscar of bravery had to be for the “demoiselle” in mini skirt and studded Louboutin. Yes, she might have been wearing a fur but without tights … It really does not count!

    That’s really some cool attires. You have a perfect taste for fashion and I can see how devoted you are for even wearing those thin stuff on a cold weather. Well, I can see how you don’t want to miss fashion week in Milan, just one of the perfect fashion spot.
