Lime and Lemon

Hi everyone! I hope that you are all enjoying the sunshine. For my part, those high temperatures gave me the opportunity to wear the little skirt I made earlier this week. I was quite happy with the result as it looked exactly how I wanted.

I think it will instantly become one of my favorite skirt for the summer…

I paired it with a yellow t-shirt from Mango and a pair of soft pink wedges from my favorite shoe shop in Milan, Mauro Leone.

   The skirt is a beautiful piece and I really liked it how to style it with the Mango tee (the shade perfectly matches one of the stripes!). Next time I’m in Milan I’m going to check out the shop of Mauro Leone…thanks for the advice!

   Great color combo! It’s a little bit retro, with just the right amount of modern flair. The silhouette of the high -waisted skirt looks great on you, and those shoes are so unique!

   I’m also really liking the angle that a couple of these photos have – with the brick wall in the foreground. It looks great, and is the perfect compliment to your outfit.

     I am glad you like the skirt. I have always been fascinated by retro fashion so I always try to implement some of it in my designs… As for the photos.. Those bricks come from my parent’s garden in Brussels ;-)
