As the Christmas celebration are approaching I thought it would be right to talk about Champagne… But not any Champagne…. Let me introduce you to the enchanting world of Perrier-Jouët!

Founded in 1811 by a couple of lovebirds, Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adelaide Jouët, this two hundred years old house became over the years, one of the most prestigious Champagne house in the world! Her amazing bottles, adorned with their iconic anemones, once drew by the the Art-Nouveau master, Emile Gallé are a pure work of art in their own right.

Symbol of elegance and known for the delicacy of its bubble, it is without surprise that Perrier-Jouët decorates the world most prestigious table and became simultaneously one of The wedding champagne.

Once a desert wine, any dish can be now served with a side of Champagne!

For the cocktail reception go for a elegant wine such as the iconic Perrier-Jouët  Grand Brut.
For the starter, choose an exceptional wine such as the Belle Epoque Blanc de Blanc, 100% Chardonnay, both gentle & vivid.
For the meal, have a Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Brut for its floral note.

Perrier-Jouët owns 65 hectares of vineyards, all classified at 99,2% on the vintage wine scale. Which means that this house can only produces “Grand cru”!

And it’s in its 10 km of underground cellars that magic takes place, under the watchful eye of the 7 chiefs cellar men which have followed one another in its labyrinth since 1811. A Grand Brut will sleep a minimum of two years away from the light, while a Belle Epoque wine will take up to 6 years.
